How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially around move-out season (May and August). Need it sooner? Grab the Rush Booking add-on for same-day or next-day service.

Do you provide the truck / transportation?

Transportation is included in our Storage Run package. For other packages, our movers help you load/unload your vehicle or add the "We Move It All" add-on for us to handle transport.

What if my move takes longer than the package time?

If your move runs over the included time, we bill at a simple $20/hr rate, agreed upon upfront. We'll always give you a heads up before any extra charges kick in.

Is my stuff insured during the move?

Yes. We carry basic liability coverage on all moves. For high-value electronics or fragile items, we recommend adding packing supplies to ensure extra protection during transport.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Absolutely. Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your move. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 20% fee to compensate our crew for reserved time.

Who are the movers?

Fellow students! Movi is a student-run company. Our movers are background-checked, trained on proper lifting and furniture handling, and are familiar with campus layouts and storage facilities in the area.
